In August, we invited digital and commercial leaders from global pharmaceutical companies to a workshop to discuss the
challenges facing the industry with HCP engagement in a post-pandemic, digital environment.
We wanted to hear first-hand experiences and insights of companies grappling with the adoption of digital technology and omnichannel engagement from the human perspective of the sales representatives.
There was genuine excitement within the virtual room to approach this in a collaborative way.
This is a challenge that the whole of pharma must deal with and we were encouraged by the openness and collaboration of everyone who attended.
This report documents the discussions held during the workshop.
We also revealed our learnings from helping a global pharmaceutical company to achieve their best sales year ever, through embracing and excelling at virtual HCP engagement.
